Gyankriti is founded by IIT alumni who strive to impart high standards of quality and business ethics in its operations. The centers are managed by qualified professionals with several years of experience.

Yograj Patel (Co-founder & Academic Director) –

Yograj has a B.Tech and M.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay. He has previously worked at IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Bombay on research projects related to use of ICT in Education. He oversees the curriculum design as per CISCE guidelines, implementation of planned curriculum, and teacher training. Yograj’s passion for arts, sanskrit and yoga has led to a strong culture of art and ancient Indian tradition for all Gyankriti stakeholders. He is always trying to bring in the latest education technology tools to the school system.

Akshay Gupta (Co-founder & Administrative Director) –

Akshay is B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay. His passion for entrepreneurship made him to opt out of placements and start Gyankriti when he was half-way mark of his graduate degree. He handles administrative responsibilities of the school for proper resource management and smooth operations of the school. He plays a vital role in major strategic decisions, and framing of school policies. His love for nature has ensured a large number of trees at the school campus.

Raghvi Gupta (Deputy Director) –

Raghvi has completed B.E (ECE) from SVIST, Indore and M.Tech (Communication System Engineering) from IIT BHU (Varanasi). She used to work as an Integrated Circuit Design Engineer for NXP India before joining Gyankriti. She believes that learning should not become a dreadful process for kids, but it should be made joyful, dynamic and interactive. Raghvi has immensely contributed in the development of science and technology curriculum of Gyankriti.

Rachana Saxena Patel (Deputy Director) –

Rachana has a Bachelors degree in management from Sikkim Manipal University. She started her career as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer while working with Reliance Aviation and Deccan charters but her true love was neither management nor engineering. She is a sketch artist and passionate for fine art and craft. She is a hands-on and a lively person who loves to be with children. Rachana has been associated with Gyankriti since its early days and has a rich experience of teaching and curriculum development for pre-primary and primary classes. She has a special inclination for Hindi language teaching and it’s teacher training.
