This is the best exercise to exercise external oblique abdominal resistance without increasing waist circumference.
Put the iron bar on your shoulders, place both ends of the iron bar with both hands, then twist your waist to the left and right, keeping your head upright, inhale when turning to the left, and exhale when turning to the right.
